• Galvanized steel in coils, structural quality (SS), suitable for roll forming, pre-painted.​

• Steel Thickness range 0.5 - 1.1mm​

• Chemical treated, lightly oiled with evaporative lubricant for galvanized only coils ​

• Coating topside – Suitable for roll forming, 25 microns total dry thickness, polyester, with internal lubricants.​

• Backside – 12 microns total dry thickness, epoxy primer, and polyester wash coat.​

Steel Coil is roll formed to straight panels, then curved to desired radius and span. Panels are seamed together to for an integral self-supporting structure.
